The Stress
(Amsterdam (NL)) - dj
The Stress is the DJ alter ego of Diederick van den Ende. Starting out in 2011, The Stress hosted Sunday afternoon chillwave / electro-pop parties in his hometown Utrecht and started DJ’ing. While the nu-disco wave spread across Europe, The Stress played his first gigs in Amsterdam. It was here that he developed his taste for progressive disco, mixed with queer-, vogue-, house-, internet-, new beat-, and electro-influences. The Stress is resident DJ for the Amsterdam based queer family UltraSexi and a regular for our parties. Because of The Stress’ involvement in activism and academia, The Stress solely plays for queer, pride and intersecting causes worth supporting. |

Bruce Botnik
(Brussels (BE)) - dj
Bruce Botnik was born in the cold winter of 1985 in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, where his father at the time was doing research on Polyvinylchloride. From his mother, the famous hippie model Sky Larissa Evans, he inherited the love for music and single malt bourbon. At the age of only ten, Bruce played the cello, bass drum and the piano, in which he excelled. In doing so, the Queen of England invited him to play Dvorak on her birthday party at Buckingham Palace. When asked for a comment, Bruce stated: "She's a MILF." On October 6th 1998 at about 4 a.m. after witnessing a Dj Derek gig, the thirteen year old Bruce Botnik started dj-ing on the beer-drenched pick-up in a nearby striptease bar his oncle owned. Growing older and more skilled, he exchanged his public of strippers and transvestites for steaming parties all over Europe. Mixing electro with EBM, rave, dubstep and the Doors, Bruce enjoys setting a dancefloor on fire as much as making analogue pictures of old people and genitals. He needs no more than a bottle and a decent blowjob to stirr up a crowd with pounding sweaty music. Let's make our biography together. |

Dj Paco
(Antwerp (BE)) - dj
Over the last few years trance music has developed into a growing genre. Once again we start to honour what we established in the nineties giving us a rich culture of nightlife. As DJ Paco was never driven by trends but only by passion it makes him happy to see how trance started to gain respect recently. Even though DJ Paco was born in '94 and was only 10 when the era of mega raves came to an end in our small country it didn't take long before he discovered his love for trance and hard/fast driven techno sounds. Even if Paco started to collect records at the age of 15, it took him about 3 years to take the step to become a DJ. Paco realised that a good DJ starts with excellent music knowledge but also requires a strong technical know-how so he started finetuning his skills. Slowly but surely he became confident in playing in clubs, exchanging his living room for the dance floor. Even though he only made a select amount of appearances in the Antwerp underground scene, Paco kept on delivering strong mixes time after time. Now, thanks to the upcoming interest in trance and retro music, it's safe to say that 2018 will be the year that all the effort, love and dedication for the sound he loves so much will slowly start to pay off. As Paco says "What is growing, is growing still" |

AAGUILAA
(Lisbon (PT)) - dj
Like many kids in late 80s/early 90s Belgium, AAGUILAA was captivated by the swirling innovation of EBM and New Beat. But only after experiencing the full-body feeling of italo disco and hi-NRG played over a proper soundsystem he matured his lifetime love for neon lights and for the darker, synthesized side of dance music. He is resident and programmer at Los Niños but also known as the founder of FFORMATT, our temporary cultural space in the heart of Brussels, now closed. You can listen to his vinyl & quality music selection on radio stations as Kiosk Radio, Red Light Radio, The Lot, We Are Various, East Side etc. Playing in bars and basements, from private parties to events in metro stations, including Lisbon, Berlin, Paris, Milan, Vienna etc. |
